These Terms & Conditions apply when you purchase a service from Relocate with Kellie. Please read them before making a payment.
1. Our Services
Relocate with Kellie provides relocation planning, property and viewing support, settling-in assistance and related guidance for people considering a move, property purchase or investment in Turkey.
The exact service provided will depend on the package you purchase and the information shown on the website at the time of booking.
2. Payments
Prices are shown in euro (€).
Payment must be made using the payment method provided before the relevant paid service begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any additional work, travel, in-person support or services outside the agreed package will be discussed with you before any additional cost is incurred.
3. Relocation Clarity Calls
A Relocation Clarity Call is a paid consultation intended to provide personalised guidance based on the information you provide.
Booking an appointment does not replace payment where payment is required for the service.
4. Property & Investment Information
Relocate with Kellie may introduce clients to properties, developments, agents and other professionals.
Information provided about property or investment opportunities is intended to assist you in exploring your options. It is not legal, tax, financial or regulated investment advice.
Clients remain responsible for carrying out appropriate independent checks and obtaining professional legal, financial, tax or other specialist advice before entering into any transaction.
5. Third-Party Professionals
Where appropriate, Relocate with Kellie may introduce you to independent professionals or service providers such as agents, lawyers, translators, transfer providers or other specialists.
These third parties operate independently and are responsible for the services they provide.
6. 14-Day Cancellation Right
When you purchase an eligible service from Relocate with Kellie online, you generally have the right to cancel the service contract within 14 days from the day the contract is concluded, without giving a reason.
To cancel, you must clearly inform Relocate with Kellie in writing within the applicable cancellation period.
You may use the cancellation form provided by Relocate with Kellie, but you may also send another clear written statement explaining that you wish to cancel.
7. Starting Your Service During the 14-Day Period
If you want Relocate with Kellie to begin providing your service before the 14-day cancellation period has ended, you will be asked to make an express request for the service to begin early.
If you cancel after the service has already begun, you may be required to pay for the proportion of the service already provided.
Once the service has been fully performed following your express request to begin during the cancellation period, you will no longer have the statutory right to cancel that service. Irish law specifically requires an express request on a durable medium and acknowledgement of the loss of the cancellation right once the service is fully performed.

9. Changes or Additional Support
Your circumstances may change during the relocation process.
If you request additional work that falls outside the service or package originally purchased, any additional support and cost will be discussed and agreed with you before the additional work begins.
